our stay at modern 1-bed central was even better than our previous trip to brighton! this relaxing break exceeded all expectations. the location was quiet yet close enough to explore on foot. we loved the comfortable bed and the clean and airy feel of the accommodation.

Balcony chairs were a bit dirty.

Garden views from the balcony were a pleasant surprise, like a little oasis in the heart of the city. The apartment felt so peaceful, it was like being in the countryside without leaving the comfort of my bed.

We did experience a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The TV occasionally lost signal, although we were still able to watch TV through the apps on the TV.

Loved the garden views from the balcony! Felt like a posh lady enjoying a cup of tea while overlooking nature. So fancy!
